We specialize in corporate events with the ability to accommodate team building hands on cooking classes for groups of up to 40 people. Each corporate team building party features the freshest locally grown seasonal ingredients and recipes from our vast collection of themes. There will be hands on cooking with everyone preparing a proponent of the meal. It is brought together for your staff to enjoy the fruits of their labor. Appetizers/Cocktail Party: This corporate team building event features seasonal hearty appetizer dishes created by your team, then enjoyed hot from the oven. This gourmet cocktail party brings the team together with festive delicious dishes like Prosciutto & Basil Wrapped Shrimp with Lemon Glaze, Gruyere Tarlets with Melted Leeks, Samurai Scallops, Gingered Duck on Wonton Crisps, Reverse BLTs, Goat Cheese and Roasted Beet Towers and Mini Molten Chocolate Cakes with Spiced Cream.
Culinary Delights: Hands on cooking where everyone is making a component of a customized meal which is then enjoyed by all. Choose from festive international cuisines like Italian, Thai, French, Greek, Asian, Tapas and Paella for a delectable four-course sit-down dinner party.
Culinary Challenge: This lively and competitive team building event is the hottest culinary concept on the market today. Your group will be divided into teams and compete in a timed Iron Chef-style cooking competition. Guests enjoy their meal, while a panel of judges rates the plates to determine the winning team!
Marketing Mania: This competition is recommended for the marketing and sales teams to hone their skills and have fun at the same time. Your group will be divided into teams to bring their dishes together and then "market" or "sell" their dishes to the rest of your group. Some themes to choose from include: Classico Italiano,Deli Duel, Farmstand Feast and Chocolate Champions.
Green Grocer Gastronomy:
This culinary “smack down” is designed for the companies that thrive on challenging opportunities. Each team will receive a “sustainable shopping bag” filled with key ingredients to be incorporated into their signature dishes. Cooking on the fly, team members must use their mix of unique and common ingredients for their culinary creations. Teams will be partnered with professional chef instructors and will have access to our well-stocked pantry to ensure their dishes Wow! the judges – and more importantly, their colleagues.
